Annidia Rolland, RMT
Annidia has been a resident of BC for over two decades living in both Vancouver and in Chemainus working as a Flight Attendant. Global circumstances pushed her into a new direction, that of massage therapy, the idea took root early in her life while living in Montreal. After many years she decided to pursue this early passion. Annidia is a Graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria BC. (WCCMT). She graduated in April of 2023.
She believes that each and every person has great expertise understanding their own body. It is in this belief that she formulates her approach to the treatment of those in her care. She takes the time required to tailor each treatment session to the needs of her patients at that moment. It is only through common agreement with her patients, using all available information and resources, that she achieves the goals of massage therapy. Annidia uses a variety of techniques to ensure the agreed upon goal is reached including, deep tissue massage, active release, contract relax and pin and stretch.
While Annidia was born in Montreal to a Québécoise mother and a French father she has never looked East since moving West 24 years ago. She has fallen in love with the vast richness of BC outdoors and all it has to offer. She is an avid hiker, camper and kayaker in the summer and in the winter an alpine skier. She spends much of her time in the winter following another of her passions, volunteering with the Vancouver Island Society for Adaptive Snow Sports at Mount Washington Ski Resort.
